The Uplyft Group is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing inclusion, equity, and opportunity for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
We provide practical support — from diagnosis and assistive technology to respite care, employment training, and community inclusion — ensuring that every person and family can thrive.

Autism Ally is one of our founding initiatives and now operates under The Uplyft Group umbrella.
While Autism Ally’s mission continues, Uplyft expands that vision — combining faith, community, and empowerment through five main service areas: Community Partnership, Autism Ally, The Uplyft Center, Florence Kitchen, and Special Events.

Our main office is in Lanham, Maryland, with programs and outreach extending across Prince George’s County and neighboring communities.
We’re also growing partnerships with organizations and families in other regions.

1. Community Partnership – including The B.R.I.D.G.E. Project, I-Thrive (Assistive Technology), FamilyRelief Respite, and more.
2. Autism Ally – continuing direct family support, caregiver education, and confidence programs.
3. The Uplyft Center – inclusive faith, talent, and employment programs.
4. Florence Kitchen – food security and vocational culinary initiatives.
5. Special Events – celebrations that honor caregivers and showcase talents.
