From accessible worship to inclusive hiring, the Uplyft Center turns inclusion into action and faith into empowerment.
The Uplyft Ministry ensures that faith spaces are accessible, inclusive, and welcoming to people of all abilities. By working with churches, mosques, and other faith organizations, we help make worship environments barrier-free — with sign language interpretation, sensory-friendly design, and accessible seating.
This program identifies and nurtures the creative strengths of individuals with disabilities — from art and music to technology, writing, and leadership. Through mentorship and workshops, participants build confidence, discover purpose, and express themselves boldly.
We equip individuals with disabilities to prepare for, secure, and thrive in meaningful work. Through skills training, mock interviews, and partnerships with local disability organizations, we create pathways to independence and inclusion in the workforce.
This initiative partners with businesses to create inclusive employment programs that celebrate ability and diversity. We help employers design adaptive roles, provide on-the-job coaching, and establish workplace inclusion policies that make a lasting difference.
Through game nights, social events, and community meetups, this program fosters friendships and belonging among people with and without disabilities. It’s where laughter, connection, and shared joy create a truly inclusive community.
