Our Community Partnership Program brings families, providers, and supporters together to remove barriers and create equitable access to essential services.
Building Readiness through Identification, Diagnosis, Guidance & Empowerment. Our BRIDGE program is designed to provide funding which ensures every child with disability—regardless of income, language, or background—can access the diagnostic evaluation needed to begin life-changing care.
The B.R.I.D.G.E. Project is one of Uplyft Group’s flagship initiatives, created to remove the single greatest barrier that families of children with disabilities face — access to diagnostic evaluation. Without an accurate diagnosis, children cannot begin the therapies and interventions that shape their developmental journey. This program ensures that every child, regardless of background, income, or language, can receive the evaluation required to unlock life-changing care.
Through the B.R.I.D.G.E. Project, Uplyft provides full or partial funding for comprehensive diagnostic assessments. We partner with licensed clinicians and behavioral-health providers who share our commitment to culturally responsive care. Every evaluation meets medical-necessity and insurance-authorization standards, ensuring families can move directly into Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and other evidence-based therapies without delay.
This program supports children who may show signs of autism or developmental delays and whose families lack the financial means or coverage to obtain an evaluation. Many are uninsured, underinsured, or navigating systems that are fragmented and difficult to understand. The B.R.I.D.G.E. Project also prioritizes families who are limited-English-proficient or from culturally diverse backgrounds, offering bilingual support and step-by-step guidance through the entire process.
This wraparound approach ensures families never feel lost between diagnosis and action.
Early identification can change the course of a child’s life. Research shows that children who receive intervention in their early developmental years experience stronger communication skills, better academic outcomes, and greater long-term independence. By funding evaluations and removing systemic barriers, The B.R.I.D.G.E. Project not only empowers families — it builds stronger, more equitable communities.
Families can apply for diagnostic funding, professionals can refer eligible children, and donors can sponsor an evaluation for a child in need.
Together, we can ensure that every child has access to the care they deserve and every family feels supported on their journey from uncertainty to empowerment.
We connect communities, build capacity, and create sustainable opportunities that uplift lives and shape a better future.
